My how time flies. July 23 already. The delay is due in grand part to unexpected travels to Milano, Italy for work (old job). Left Saturday night, after a 3 hr delay on the tarmac due to storms (note to self: a three hour delay on the tarmac is not so bad in business class). Enjoyed dinner Sunday night in Milano (not a great restaurant but abbastanza bene) and of course gelato (nocciola). Worked Monday and enjoyed dinner Monday night in Milano (great restaurant) and of course gelato (basile e limone). Worked Tuesday and enjoyed La Boheme at La Scala that night, followed (yes) by gelato (mezzo banana and mezzo cioccolato). Worked Wednesday and enjoyed some sightseeing and shopping in centro followed by a late dinner at a fabulous restaurant called Trattoria di Carlo e Emilia. No gelato that night, peccato. Although we did have dolci at the restaurant.

Hope Josh is sufficiently pleased now with an updated entry. Future travel plans include Farmville, Indiana, and of course Alaska on August 7.
